How long will it take to receive my order?
We make all items to order so new orders will take 2-3 business days to ship out. As soon as it is shipped, a tracking number will be available on your order page.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of a product's delivery date. No questions asked. Personalized items however, cannot be returned.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes. Custom requests for new products or modifications to existing products are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to let us know your ideas.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
If your item has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order. The only exception is custom/personalized orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, and Shop Pay. Please message us if you have any questions about payment methods.
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainable?
Absolutely. Our products are made out of biodegradable and recyclable plastic.
How do I care for my items?
3D prints cannot withstand high heat. Do not leave items under direct sunlight for an extended period of time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately we do not. But that is an option we are considering so please stay tuned.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
